Just recently bought my first home and needed to furnish it right away. I once told myself I would never buy anything here because of their outrageous prices, but once I got into the home.. I only wanted quality furniture that would last a lifetime.We were quickly greeted and shown where the sofas were that we'd be interested in. These guys are great. They were not pushy at all and allowed us time to ourselves. Eventually we found one that we both really loved and John, our salesman helped us with our purchase. At 15 months with no interest, we walked out very pleased. We will be back for more furniture.
We were flown in from CA to help with a relocation of a client and getting her new place all furnished by the time she steps off the plane. Had a few items still remaining to complete her space. Found this amazing store online and went in looked around and met Chase. Found awesome counter stools...amazing quality at great prices. Picked them up along with 2 funky chairs! Chase was really great to work with! He was super helpful in answering our questions and researching other options as needed. The store, the service, and the inventory are all top notch. We haven't had our delivery yet, but something tells me that will be extremely smooth as well. From the time I started looking for a new sofa, The Khazana customer service was right there to answer questions, send sample material, or answer questions. I love the sales available too! I ordered the Calhoun sectional sofa based on seeing my daughter's loveseat. It is beautiful and sturdy!
I had an issue with a third party vendor and decided to reach out directly to the seller (Khazana). I received an immediate response from Chase, the store manager. Not only did he call me, he answered the phone each time I called him (I find this to be very rare these days). He was helpful, kind and went out of his way to ensure that I had a great customer experience. I will be using this company in the future not only for the quality of their products but for the outstanding way that they treat their customers. I understand that mistakes happen but I'm more concerned with how those mistakes are handled when they do happen. It wasn't even Khazana's mistake to fix in the first place. Thank you, Chase!
