So we took my daughter here yesterday for surgery. She is 5 And they called cps on us!! I would never have seen this coming. So I believe their practice will be investigated asap!!! I'm going to make sure they never do this to anyone else!!!!!!!!
Today I had a procedure on my back , an ESI . The nurses at Arise were very thoughtful, caring, and wonderful individuals. I have been to medical centers before and Arise's medical staff blows others out of the water. I am very impressed with the staff. This was not the first time I have been there. January I had back surgery and I had the same experience with the medical staff as I did today. A++ nurses at Arise!!!! Thank you so much!!!
Went in for a lumbar injection. Everyone from front desk to nursing staff to physician was very nice. Very concerned with me as I don't do well with needles. Very clean modern place as well. Only issue was my scheduled procedure time was 0545, but was about 0715 before it actually occurred. Would recommend Arise to anyone.

I felt cared for and respected the minute I walked in the door. From the pre-op appointment all the way through being released, I was comforted by the professionalism and friendliness of ALL the staff. This includes Reception, Pre-Op, OR, and in-room Nursing,
Just hope I don't encounter the billing issues other folks have voiced.
The hospital is quiet. Rooms are large and provide both recliner and couch for overnight visitors.
Treatment and procedures were clearly explained in advance.
I couldn't be more happier about my stay. Everyone was absolutely AMAZING! And... A special note to a certain man there named Gary ( my Irish hero)... You friend are an angel. I can never thank you enough. :)
If I ever require surgery again, I'll request Arise. Good work, everyone.
