Dr. Shah was great! I came here after 2 previous doctors at Austin Regional gave me incorrect antibiotics for my cat scratch infection. Dr. Shah was thorough in his examination, and responsive with follow up care. Based on his advice, I'm on the road to recovery. Would recommend.
I went for a knee injury and the staff were all incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Wait time was minimal also (on a weekday afternoon for context).
I visited the urgent care because I could see someone the same day versus waiting over a month for an appointment at a general practitioner as a new patient. Dr. Bedgood was professional, patient and helpful. She was also very responsive via the online portal with my additional questions after the appointment.
My favorite place to go with urgent medical needs... This is based off my three visits I had with them.. I walk in and right away I'm greeted and given new patient paperwork for first visit and it just 3 forms with the 3rd page being for their sister company which is research(optional I may add)... The other 2 visits where just a print out of my info for me to verify and the consent to treat form (just signatures by the way) which made my visit alot faster.. The doctor I had was Dr. Bedgood for my first 2 visits.. And she was very helpful, understanding and extremely knowledgeable about my issues.. She gets a 5star.. My last visit was with Dr. Shah and again very helpful, understanding and extremely knowledgeable... He gets 5stars.. The entire staff was very cheerful, helpful and quick to get me to the back and seen by the doctor.. Thank you Andrea and Shannon... 5 stars for both of you as well..
Dr. Shah was great, walked in thinking I had a sinus infection and it ended up being a pretty serious allergic reaction. His ER experience kept him calm and steady as we got it under control, and he even called the next day to make sure I had continued to get better after I left his office. Will definitely be making this place my go-to urgent care while I'm here in Austin
