To keep this review brief, I will never again use this service. They did not notify me when my clothes were ready for pickup; they did not apply the proper discount I had requested; and my dress shirts had slight wrinkles in certain areas. I had to call 3 different times to get in touch with someone who knew where my clothes were, could provide instructions on how to retrieve them, and fix the billing error. My experience may have just the perfect storm of mishaps, but I will no longer be using this service. I'm giving them 2 stars because Matt, the person I got in touch on Call #3, was very helpful in resolving the issues.
