The agents were friendly and very communicative, answered every question I had, and gave me quotes for items that were difficult to clean. My items were returned in beautiful condition, in a new garment bag with hangers. I had two suede items that would be difficult to clean. These were not returned with my original load as it would take two weeks to clean them and Press ran the quotes by me first. I was able to choose whether the investment to clean these items would be worthwhile. If I didn't want to clean them, Press offered to return them on the same day or the next -- free of charge! Everything is very transparent. Fantastic customer service.
This has been the easiest dry cleaning service, the same day pick up is so convenient! With my work schedule it's hard to get to the dry cleaner to drop off and pick up, this solves that challenge. Also the price point is very reasonable

I've heard that the cost is slightly higher than at traditional dry cleaners. I don't have a car and don't dry clean often, so the convenience and time savings makes Press more than worthwhile. I will be back!
