When he did approach the machine the attitude continued. He stopped it and opened the door. He cited that my clothes were too wet for a re-wash.
My issue is that one of my washers had minimal water in it (read: damp clothes and no visible movement of water, only a few drops visible in the creases of the door.)
I'd love to give this place 5 ☆. It has credit card swipe for wash and saves all sorts of quarters. It's convenient and reasonably priced.
Ok place for washing blankets. The lady there wasn't friendly at all
I brought my concern to the attendant. Without even coming to the machine to look at it with me he started being rude, using righteous tone that no machines were broken and that "I wasn't even watching the machine the whole time."
Reasonably priced with plenty of machines. They have options for coins and credit cards on most of the machines. They have soap dispensers if you forget to bring yours and they offer a cleaning service as well. Only downside is that the cleanliness is lacking at times.
When he restarted the machine it had visibly much more water moving around it so the clothes got washed and I thanked him,also telling him there was notably more water. Of course he didn't come look to see the difference (maybe in an attempt to diagnose an issue.)
The next thing I noticed was him being verbally rude to another customer.
I've used spinzone three times each at different times and dates to determine best, found friday nights to be best time/date. Everyone is out on dates not washing clothes. Its always clean, the machines are in great condition. Price is comparable to others. I recommend.
I come almost every weekend to get all my laundry done faster. Linda is always there and when she won't be she lets us know. Linda always has a smile on her face and knows almost everyone there!! This place is kept very clean and almost everyone who goes is a repeat customer.
