I decided to try Star Brite, as my previous cleaners pressed my dress shirts awkwardly so that the collars laid flat. I explained this to the lady at the counter at Star Brite. She said no problem and would note it. I picked up 11 shirts the next day, and pointed out that all the collars were pressed in the awkward way. She said they'd redo them. I get a call 2 hours later from the lady (very nice person, btw), who stated that "the boss" came by and she pointed out the issue and he just said tough that's the way we do it. So I picked my shirts up and will never return. Customer service seems to not be a priority.
