I go at least once a week. I drive down from Round Rock simply because its clean, the staff is nice and its hard to beat a top loading washer for only a dollar.
Decent place. Not the cleanest, there are random lint balls on the floor every now and then. Plus is that they usually have 3 tv's running different programs, typically on SyFy/action, some random hispanic tv show, and nickolodean or disney for kids.
I only stop here to get change.
Their driers do tend to not dry as well, but considering that it is cheap it isn't too costly to pay for a few extra minutes for it instead of complain.
Hi im marie i like comeing the people who works the 2 spanish who works are so nice but tonight the man that work tonight was very nice the female that came while i was gone is not very for one she was under the influence of liquor short change me didnt want pay my money she owese but i got its mot gone stop me fr coming here nut people like dont need to be worling here if they can't control there behavoir cops sjould been called on but i let her make it because everyone needs there job i hope the onwer see this to be aware.
Washers run a bit on the higher price, but I go here mainly since it's the closest to where I live and would rather not waste the same on paying for gas when I can just go here. Also every evening or few hours a person goes in from the neighboring restuarants asking if anyone wants to order food, so plus on not having to leave clothes here alone in case one gets hungry and doesn't want vending machine food.
My husband and I went yesterday 03/21/16 to wash around 6pm so anyways we put our clothes in one of the machines and I guess we didn't close the machine door very tight so the lady who works at the front desk came by and turned off our machine and my husband went to go ask why they had turned our machine off so she rudely replied ''YALL NEED TO CLOSE THE DOOR RIGHT'' she didn't even say it kindly so we told her to at least not be rude about it, she said that's the way she talked and that no one would change the way she talked. We then told her that we were going to report her to the owner or who ever was in charged of that place, her response was ''I DONT CARE'' she was a Hispanic women around her 40s black hair wearing a red jacket that said ''LOAN STAR'' on the back. We are no longer going to waste our money at a place were the employees their have an ugly attitude and don't know what customer service is. By the way all the tables were dusty and the bathrooms were super dirty , we walked by the front desk were we found her painting her nails when she could of been cleaning. What a horrible place to wash.
