Clean, quiet, has tv. The guy at the counter was really nice. Machines seem to work properly.
Amazing machines w purified water. Excellent staff, I drive 15 minutes across town just to do my laundry here.
Clean environment, machines are great and the place is nextdoor to a really cool Christmas all year long bar. The bar attracts a young and older crowd but more younger crowd with some hotties. This is my new laundry place for sure!
The last time this happened, the owner apologized and fixed the mistake and the aloof employee played it off like he was a hero... literally the same idiot who didn't ever do anything with my clothes acted like he was doing me a favor by not charging me for the second round of washing and drying.
I had previously given this place 5 stars, however I will not be returning. Don't go here unless you intend to sit and do your laundry. There is ONE good employee, the rest are completely indifferent and beyond incompetent. I have now been delayed leaving on two separate occasions because the person behind the counter couldn't be bothered to do their job.
I thought their load and leave service was a unique and helpful thing. Instead, I drop it off and then they pretend it doesn't exist. But you can't call because no on answers. So you have to drive there. And then talk to someone with no understanding and no culpability.
Go somewhere else unless this is the closest to you and you JUST need to wash clothes.
Best laundromat I've ever been to. Great service and rate for laundry service. Their $7 laundry bags are big and sturdy. Next door to a stubbs BBQ joint and a stop-n-rob so even more of a plus.
