ABC longhorn moving in Austin. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They charge for three guys, one is not expected to move a box. You pay full price but he's ok to Facebook the whole time. If they break your stuff they will tell you that it was already broke and if it wasn't there is nothing they will do. I was told there is nothing I can do about it.. The movers were rude to us and spent alot of time talking in back room. Also they jam everything into a huge moving box and throw boxes they feel are light. Alot of broken glass, dishes, a TV, our couch etc. Worked with three movers before and this i Really sketchy unprofessional people who don't care about your stuff.
We did experience a slight issue where one of our fridge doors was damaged. Mary at ABC Longhorn worked with us on this claim in a professional and quick manner. Thank you so much for all you've done for us!
On Tuesday June 14 both our uhaul were loaded up in a truck, and brought to our new house. Also all these boxes were moved in the correct rooms and they were gone within 2 hours!
We had so much time left to unpack and rest both days it was amazing!
We have had a great experience with ABC longhorn moving. The movers were very professional and exactly on time. We had a two-part move, in which on Saturday June 11 everything was wrapped up in the house. ABC Longhorn moving works with a clear labeling system for both boxes and furniture which allows the movers to move everything in the correct rooms at arrival. They worked fast, large items were wrapped in blankets and plastic wrap to protect them. On Monday June 13 all items were unloaded in the house, boxes and furniture were placed in the correct rooms and within 3 hours 2 trucks were unloaded.
