Staff is great! Facility grounds are swept and kept clean & tidy. They updated the lighting to LEDs, so the driveways at night are super lit up.
GREAT EXPERIENCE, EASY SIGNUP AND TODD WAS FANTASTIC IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! HE EFFICIENTLY AND QUICKLY HELPED ME SIGN UP FOR MY STORAGE UNIT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, AND THEYARE VERY AFFORDABLE, SEVERAL DOLLARS CHEAPER THAN CUBE SMART AND A BIGGER SPACE FOR A GREAT PRICE.
I love this place. The people are great, helpful, knowledgeable... in person... I have been trying to call them for the past two days. I only get their voice mail, and they never call me back. I end up having to do everything in person, which is difficult because I don't live in Austin. I want to recommend this place to others, but the office staff needs a better phone policy or something. This is the best storage place I've paid for ever, but this alone has me about to switch.
Excellent experience - the guys here are so nice and helpful. Easy in and out, convenient location and reasonable prices. I stored my stuff without any issues.
