INCOMPETENT staff. MY CAR IS TOTALED. MANAGER WONT SPEAK WITH ME. Office staff couldn't get anything right. They had to re-do my reservation 3 day's in a row. I was given wrong information over and over. They don't communicate with each other. I asked a more senior employee to assist the lady who was not getting it right, she informed me that it wasn't the ladys fault bease she only works weekends. I paid to have staff load my car onto a tow dolly. The man asked me to drive the car on the dolly myself because he can't drive a stick. He directed me to drive my car over the edge of the dolly because he doesn't know left from right. Tore my bumper clean off. Then he left my emergency brake on and it's burned up. THE MANAGER HAS NOT RETURNED MY CALLS.
U-haul Canceled my reservation reservation with no explanation, warning or notification of any kind.
Cancel every reservation that comes in conflict with each other due to the over booking
Do not notify the customer all at until they wait in line for 30 minutes to find out that their reservation has been canceled.
I found out when I showed up at U-haul and waited with everyone in in for 39 minutes.
Do not reimburse customer for their time and trouble.

Be sure to make sure the mileage and gas of the u-haul is correct. Two weeks in a row the information was incorrect. I just happen to take a picture of the dash before I left (showing the clock and the building outside). When I was billed for 40 extra miles I contacted the manager but never heard back.
They installed a hitch on my car, I should have done it myself. I brought the car back the same day after I noticed the muffler would knock against the hitch making a very loud noise. The technician argued with me about how my car's exhaust hangers are worn out. My car is only three years old with 22,000 miles, the hangers are in perfect condition. The technician placed the hitch touching the muffler. I spoke with the manager Patrick, and he wasn't very helpful. Patrick and the technician tried to find any excuse they could of how it was my fault. They eventually fixed the problem after I waited at the store for two hours with my kids. Worst customer experience I've ever had. They never once apologized for the inconvenience and they treated me as a nuisance. I'm glad I know a lot about cars, otherwise I might have believed their made up excuses. I will never do business at any Uhaul location again.
Overbook 2 or 3 to 1 of reservations to actual trucks to ensure that they use100% of their trucks
friendly staff and great facility with reasonable price.
Do not apologize to customer or attempt to get same truck from another store.
