Very professional, and very thorough. Carried my tomcat there to be neutered, and the level of aftercare and low overall cost of the procedure were pretty damn impressive.
I LOVE Austin Animal Medical Center. They have been taking care of my dog since his adoption two years ago. We have gotten great care, advice and my pup has gotten nothing but love from the staff and vets. They are very affordable too :))
Well..I made an appointment for 10:30 and wasn't seen till 11:10. However it was quick, precise exam. My cat had an anal glad that erupted in infection. The cost was my "worst case scenario" it would have been lower if I had opted out of pain med injection but they showed me the invoice prior to any services. I felt like the entire staff was in love with my cat..then again he's gorgeous. Definitely recommend. I worked in Animal Welfare 12 years and 6 as an Animal Control Officer who dealt with multiple vet clinics. While this place is not state of the art, it's definitely great for minor injuries and sickness.
I've taken both my pets to the center for a couple years now. The staff is friendly, helpful, and considerate. The vets do a great job helping my critters and answering questions I have. I highly recommend them! You will be in safe hands.l
Dr. Greg Farmer is awesome. Talking two dogs in at the same time can be tough at times. But the staff makes me feel welcomed and take care of everything.
