We've been taking our fur baby, a dog, to Circle C Animal Hospital for a little over a year now; since we moved to the neighborhood. I have always had a positive experience and, more importantly, my dog has had a positive experience. Our visits so far have been not only annual checks, but also a dental cleaning (using general anesthesia), and a scraped pad that required attention for a while last year. On all fronts, the entire staff has been courteous and helpful, easy to schedule with, and professional. Our veterinarian is Dr. Greenville, and she is extremely thorough, kind, and compassionate with our pet. It's easy to see how much she loves animals, and values the human-animal bond. That's really important to me, as it sets the tone in the room when we're there, and I know she's placing importance on it when my dog is being treated out of my presence (dental cleaning, shots, etc.).
Our dog was getting specialty vet care in another city until we moved. She had immune mediated hemolytic anemia requiring blood transfusions and hospitalization. She was recovering and we chose to try Circle C Animal Hospital for it's convenient location. Dr. Silvers and her Vet Tech are great. They are so caring and thorough. They took the time to collect and understand my dogs medical history and medication regimen. The Vet performed a thorough exam and consulted a specialty vet for our dog's condition. She spent a good amount of time explaining treatment and plan. We have been going back and made this our primary place for vet services. Also, they are very helpful when calling for questions and Rx refills. Overall great service.
The kindest, friendliest staff you could ask for. Our veterinarian is amazing, I love the board that says the names of the pets with appointments that day. Coffee, water, and always a clean facility. Definitely recommend.
In my opinion based on the many vets I have visited with my over dramatic dog (: this one is the BEST and most caring group of doctors we have seen.
I moved back to Austin in July of 2016 and took her to see Dr. Rafferty again and she is back to not minding going to the vet again, which in turn keeps me calmer too..lol.
She has seen Dr Silvers now a couple of times and our experience is every bit as good as with Dr. Rafferty.
We have been taking our Tommy and KitKat to Circle C for years! They are greeted like old friends (in this case cats) each time they go. I can trust Circle C Animal Hospital to care for them!
When I first adopted my dog Roxi in 2007 I took her to Doctor Rafferty. She actually loved going to see him. I moved to Dallas for 3 years and took her to 3 different Vets trying to find the same great care. She was a nervous wreck every time we went.
