I've visiting this clinic twice for two different pets with different issues. I can't speak highly enough about how the staff, vets, and overall experience was so caring, thoughtful, and paid attention to cost as well as care. Great communication about what was needed, what might happen, and great follow up care via email. These people truly care about you and your pet. It was a refreshing and wonderful experience to be able to trust what you are getting is the best and not being oversold unnecessary products or treatments just for the clinics financial gain (something I've had experience with elsewhere). I live really far from them, but this is where I will always go for pet services. It's worth the drive and the wait when you get there (they are obviously busy for a reason). Plus special thanks and appreciation for the single front desk person who was managing all of this alone because coworkers called in sick. She missed dinner and worked over 12 hours and yet was still friendly, kind, and easy to talk to about what was going on, despite how she was obviously tired and stressed. She managed all of that very professionally which speaks to her loyalty and integrity.

Please do not take any animals here! Worst service of my life. We have had multiple poor experiences so much so that we had decided if our dog with cancer got sick we would not take him here after hours. We got desperate and called as he was dying to let them know we were on our way and the receptionist said "well if he's dead you don't need to bring him here". We hung up and called AVES. They were compassionate and what a vets office should be like in time of emergency. Please do not let these people take your money.

My dog ran away for 5 days while with a dog sitter. When she was found, she was taken straight to this clinic to get checked. They cleared her stating she was fine. I get home to give her a good bath and found a really nasty oozing, scabby rash the size of my hand under her armpit. Also found a tick. The worst part is I found a single gaping/open wound on her chest that was about the size of a nickel! How they missed all that, no idea. I had to take her back to another vet the next day and found that she had a mass cell that had ruptured and a really bad rash. Horrible experience.

Last Saturday, a sore in my dog's mouth, an issue that was being handled by our regular vet (who was closed at the time), deteriorated. I called several emergency numbers and all had waits of 2 hours or more. The Emergency Animal Hospital had a wait of only 30 minutes at the time (and had good reviews) so we went there. From the two people we met at the desk to the vet tech who promptly took us in (the wait had apparently diminished) I couldn't have been more impressed. The front desk staff were friendly, empathetic and efficient. The vet tech took a lot of time with us and left the room numerous times to consult with the vet. She ultimately said that the situation was one that could probably wait until Wednesday but said that if we wanted to see the vet, that was our choice. I had confidence in her so decided that the vet probably couldn't do any more and said that the vet could take his or her time with someone else. And the icing on the cake was that since we didn't see the vet, we were not charged the $90 fee for a weekend vet visit. This was an additional relief (on top of the reassurance that it looked like he was in no discomfort so it could probably wait until the vet who had already begun working with Hunter on the problem saw him again in a few days) because our poor old dog was already scheduled for surgery on another issue in a few weeks. These guys were great ... and the facility itself was beautiful.

We took our badly injured parakeet here, the vet helped us as much as he could and he was very calm and sweet about it. Ultimately, we had Snow put to sleep and I want to say thank you for letting us stay with him while he was sedated. Thank you for realizing how devastating that was for an 11 year old and, being very empathetic about it. We appreciate the nice box he was secured in for his funeral and hopefully we don't have any more pets in dire straits but we know where to go. Thank you.
