Dr. Allman and his team did an amazing job with the TPLO surgery on my 10 year old pitbull girl. She tore her first ACL about 4 years ago and when she developed a limp that looked too familiar, our family vet confirmed my fear that it was the other ACL. I started looking for surgeons in the Dallas area but ended up at clinics where I wasn't even going to speak to, less meet the actual surgeon who was going to be operating on my pup.
I started searching the internet and found Dr. Allman. I called and to my surprise, not only did he answer the phone, answer my questions but the rate was more than reasonable as well.
Shortly after the initial consultation, we took the trip to Austin for the surgery and 3 months after, she is completely back to normal activity, walks and runs without limping, despite her age. Dr. Allman followed up throughout the recovery via text messages and pictures and reviewed her X-rays two months after surgery.
I can only recommend Dr. Allman and his team, they are fabulous!
Dr. Might is an amazing and friendly surgeon. He took great care of my French bull dog and improved and opened his air way. Ask your vet if they offer surgical services with Dr. Might and if not ask them why they aren't! It's so convenient to go to my regular vet and have a specialist perform surgery without needing to go anywhere else!
