This rabies shot is good for 3 years but they'll only let me buy her a year Supply because I won't buy the pills from them for $108 for 6
and I chose to stay so she would not be scared,
and they tried to take my dog out of the room and I wouldn't let them and they brought this hateful looking person in there to grab my puppy I don't trust him anymore,
Will never return to this store. Made an appointment for basic bath and teeth brushing last week. Made my appointment for 9am today but also had an appointment for me at 9am. Asked if I could drop my pet off early in order to make my appointment. Turns out the store doesn't open until 9am. The scheduler failed to mention that way off to the side with a tiny sign there is a bell you ring to go back to the grooming salon before the store opens. Which fine, my fault for not searching the front door for this button I was completely unaware of.
But then upon opening of the store, I was told my dog couldn't receive a bath because she had an annual vaccination 24 hours prior...once again the scheduler failed to mention no injections 48 hours prior. This was literally my only day to do this because I work a lot. I asked to speak to the manager because I was willing to sign a waiver but of course the corporation says no. By this time, I have missed my appointment and now I'm not even going to have my dog groomed. But no worries they are willing to reschedule me for "a discount". No thank you! If you are going to follow corporate policies so close, perhaps train your employees to provide your customers with the proper information upon making appointments and inquiring about services.

Ms. Tracy, Dr. Miller's assistant, was so compassionate & caring with my frightened kitten. I was very happy with Ms.Tracy's handling & care of my kitten. This is a great Animal Hospital & give this as many stars as possibly allowed.
Then she said can we get an extra set of hands I said sure ,
Thank you for all your loving help, Dr. Miller, & Nurse Tracy. You will be seeing my kitten & me whenever she/we needs to see you.
I cannot give higher praise for Dr. Miller's expertise, compassion & professionalism. The Dr. was excellent with my 5 mo old kitten & educated me on so much to expect in the future. I will definitely be coming back to Dr. Miller.
