hands down, Sunbury is the best clinic i have ever used. the staff is knowledgable as well as personable :) the Dr.s are always very gentle and talk to me in layman terms so i can understand what my pup needs to stay healthy. the staff is great at arranging a good time for me to bring my pup . and i have never waited longer than 5 minutes to see a Dr.
I've taken my 4 cats to Sunbury for years and trust them completely. They have always been straight with me about their care. When my cats were at the end of their lives they gave me honest answers about was to happen and what I could expect. I'm on my 4th cat and they're helping me raise him in a healthy way at all stages of life.
We had been looking for a vet for a while. The lady on the front desk was very nice, the technician was super sweet with him and very careful, the doctor was nice and patient explaining me the process of surgery. I was surprised about the voicemail I got asking how was he doing after his shoot. Very pleased with the service.
Dr. Sunbury and the entire crew there is amazing. They have taken care of my family’s dog including treating Boston, my most recent rescue, for heart worms and Daysie, for a rough housing accident that required staples on the day before Thanksgiving. They’re very accommodating and understanding that my dogs are my family. Definitely will be using them as my vet as long as they’re in Austin and I’m in a reasonable surrounding area. Yes, I’ve driven 2 hours before to see them when I temporarily moved away.
