My IUD perforated 2 weeks after getting it. They left me on hold for 10 minutes, rudely told me there was nothing they could do, and then hung up on me. Apparently, I'm not the only one who has had this issue from this location. I love what y'all stand for, but you obviously need to go back and learn how to put these in correctly. The pain is unbearable!

Told me my nexplanon lasts 4 years now. I went on the official page for the birth control and it still says 3. The page was updated this year.
I made an appointment a week ago a few weeks after I received my copper iud. Started to have problems needed to get seen, but there nurse practitioner has been calling out last minute for the past two weeks as my appointments where both cancelled last minute without proper time to schedule a new appointment. Then told be to go to an emergency room I'm not bleeding out I have an infection not something for an emergency room. The lady working the front wouldn't even so much as call the clinic a few miles away to see if I could get in. Two weeks later from my original appointment date I'm finally seen by the other clinic who did have no problem seeing me that same day. Pp is a great resource but the staff along with the nurse practitioner are not very great, and I'm suffering cause she messed up my iud insertion.
Staff was friendly and answered my questions. I was only there for an hour. I received financial assistance. I waited 40 minutes till I was seen. Didn't mind the wait. They even helped me find a cheaper pharmacy to get my prescription. Overall great experience.
