My grandsons experi was not a good one. We were in emergency for over 4 hours. He was seen in about 1 1/2 hours of arriving and was seen I. About 1 hour later. He had a broken left femur at 4 he was in terrible pain. After xrays was rushed to Dell's
Had the worst EXPERIENCE here! It was obvious their approach is to rush people out of the hospital as quickly as possible!!! After talking with others, I learned this is what they do. You must advocate for your loved one because if you don't they discharge prematurely! This hospital is not "human-care" as they advertise AT ALL!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! GET A NEW SLOGAN!
We had exceptional medical care provided when I had to take my girlfriend to the hospital couple weeks ago. Everyone there was so friendly and nice. I mean everyone! The person at the front window, the nurses, the doctor. I've never had such a good experience at a hospital. They even gave us warm blankets. Couldn't have asked for a more stress free experience. Amazing staff.
I thought they were kind of rude. I know they deal with all kinds of people but still... refused me water and would only give me a cup of ice and they lied about having can vouchers. I was upset because I asked someone else about it after the factbi asked for a ride from a friend...
St David south austin emergency room is the worst i ever been to in my life. I came to this hospital with pain with my pregnancy and one thing i waited forever and then was told to follow up with my regular doctor. Worst experience in my life I don't think they did all they could to find out what was wrong with me or my baby. I have been to St david North and recieved way better care this Emergency Room gives St David hospital system a bad reputation. I will not come back here EVER!!!
