Such a fantastic hospital! I delivered my baby there February 2017. The experience was great, the staff was very personable besides one girl. She eventually soften up and was very supportive when I was emotional. The nurses helped me tremendously after I had my son. The lactation consultant they provide was helpful and knowledgeable. My doctor Tara mills was fantastic! The delivery nurse named Nathan was calm and encouraging during the birth. Thank you for the heart warming care you all provided me and my son. Highly recommend!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I was transferred here because my doctor and local hospital did not have a NICU, I had preeclampsia and was going to deliver a few weeks early. The nurses when admitted used the same needle repeatedly in different places to start my IV, refused to wear gloves, I was left in extreme pain while a group of five to seven doctors tried to make up their mind on weather or not to deliver early or leave me on bed rest, finally they decided to deliver via c section at 35 weeks. My son was unable to maintain blood sugar or regulate body heat or breathe well on his own. They refused to use the breastmilk I pumped when giving him a feeding tube. They waited until his jaundice was at severe levels to treat resulting in a longer stay than it should've, didn't bother to put my son in NICU but kept him from me for over 24 hours, the pediatrician on call refused to circumcise because it was against her beliefs. I'm severely allergic to latex and they continued to use latex products on me causing severe allergic reactions and undue pain and infection. All in all the absolute worse experience delivering a child. It's a miracle my son is still alive.

This is the best place for my daughter. She is very high risk and is well taken care if. The 1st granddaughter was 45 days early. They took the best of care for both. This hospital, doctors and nurses are awesome. Love them.

My experience delivering my daughter here a week ago was absolutely incredible. Every nurse I had from triage to postpartum was so calm, encouraging, and supportive of my birth preferences, and of course, Dr. Seeker, who delivered my daughter, is just the best OB GYN in Austin. But I think it was my L&D nurse, Paul, who made the experience so incredible. He was calm, soothing, and encouraging without being intrusive, and most of the time he just left me and my husband to ourselves. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and coping well and was such a valuable member of my labor support team. Request him if you can! I really can't say enough good things about my experience here and look forward to delivering here again in the future!

My cervix wasn't all the way open...I was doing my labor natural...also I believe if my doctor hadn't popped my water I could have went a few more days until I gave birth..however my doctor purposely popped my water with her fingers while checking my cervix. And 4 hours later she comes in and tells me that I have to get a C-Section. Normally you're supposed to have 24 after your water breaks to than maybe do a c-section...but my doctor didn't give me that option..also they injected me with Epidural which is causing back pains...I can't stand up at work for longer than 6 hours...everything was good except that and right now I can't work because of that...also they keep sending me bills when I had insurance during labor
