The folks at the Alamo rental desk in the Austin airport were very helpful with my car rental. This happened to be a stressful visit for me, but not with my car rental. The Alamo staff were very friendly and helpful, while remaining professional. They also offered sound advice that helped me to choose whether to return the car full of fuel or not, based on the length of my stay and the planned activities. With other agencies I have usually seen the staff push towards the "return the car empty" option, purchasing the agency fuel. Alamo helped me make the choice to fit my situation. I will return to Alamo on future visits to Austin TX.

Very smooth, easy transaction. Rental staff was amazing. They went above and beyond with helping us out as my husbands wheelchair was damaged at the airport by the grounds crew. The Alamo staff helped me with my luggage and helped us get into a very comfortable mini van which helped erase the disaster at the airport. Thanks very much for all of the help!!!!
