I’ve rented several cars at this location, but today I’ve experienced the worst customer service here, thanks to the store manager. He’s called me a liar twice and he hasn’t tried to help me at all. Obviously, I won’t rent there anymore. Thanks for nothing!!!
Super friendly folks who want the customer to be happy. We rent from here all the time and have never had any issue at all. Quick, thorough, and as accommodating as they are allowed to be.
I live in Austin and when I need a rental car for a work road trip I always rent here. Good location and nice and easy to get / return car. Staff is always friendly :) oh and if you didn't know this: car rental locations off of airports are always cheaper due to substantially lower tax so keep in mind to pick up cars off of the airport location and you can always return them anywhere in the city (I.e airport)
Very helpful staff. They helped me when nearby Hertz didn't honor my reservation saying "they didn't have any cars available". Don't rent from nearby Hertz, they have a terrible customer service. Use this Avis and you will be happy.
Best customer service ever!! Rented a van for a day at this location and they did not have it at the location it was all the way at the airport so the guy at the front desk actually drove us there to pick it up! I will be definitely coming back to this location in the future.
