Once you get used to using an app instead of the traditional airport desk method, Silvercar really is a great service. They were accommodating enough to pick me up from a local hotel to get the car. The process was quick, easy and the staff was very helpful. Since all cars are Audis, you are guaranteed to be driving in luxury. All for the price of an economy rental car! I will definitely be using Silvercar in the future.
And the cost, after the new renter discount, was the same as renting Nissan Versa from one of the other guys!
My first time in Austin, and my first time renting from Silvercar. The App is the easiest I've ever used. Joe and his manager, Jenna?, were delightful to work with and very accommodating. Being a sales manager for Audi myself and knowing the high level of professionalism and customer service that is synonymous with the Audi brand, Silvercar Austin and its staff exude the same experience that is to be expected.

The whole rental process from setting up my account to returning the vehicle was a snap. Pick up and return took less than 5 minutes and the Audi was a joy to drive. I mean, paddle shifters!! The staff members that handled the check out and return were both super friendly.
What I really love about this rental agency was that they pick you up right at the airport with practically no waiting. They drive you directly to the car rental area and explain everything about the luxury car that you will be driving for your rental. The gentleman who helped us was very friendly, his name was Joe. The car was really Decked Out, and we enjoyed driving in luxury for the week.
