The second cab driver recieved a call from a girl waiting to get picked up and she had to wait for over 30 minutes. I guess there just aren't many cab drivers so some people can't get picked up instantly.

Quiet ride....driver didnt speed or be overly talkative but didnt ignore he had a customer. Peaceful

This morning one of their drivers swung out of a driveway in front on me (I was on the main street, I had the right of way), then went about 20 miles under the speed limit, then brake checked me and flicked me off. All of this unprovoked and for no reason. I will never support a business who allows their drivers to continue driving with unsafe behaviors. I called them but they said they can't do anything because I didn't get his cab number (because he pulled off on a driveway so I would pass him and couldn't get it). This is also not my first incident with this company either. After experiencing that first hand I will NEVER get in a cab because I know how the drivers drive. Totally unsafe and road ragey. And they wonder why they lost all their business to ride share companies...

Very rude, unprofessional, worst yet company. Yall should learn what taxi means as a definition. "Book your order and not hang up. Go to the address to get your single or party. Take them to their next destition they pay and then leave." Not get questioned on where you live or how you place your calls. Uh, more define "dont get personal" and yet has gps then asks where it is? Idiotic yall are!! Dont even think so called managers or owner themselves monitor calls when they hang up on you. Should not even be a company!!!

Want to know why I use Uber? Drivers aren't jerks. Picked up a yellow cab upon instruction from my hotel, whose shuttle wasn't working properly. They explicitly told me I had to take yellow cab as they had a voucher for the trip. I told the yellow cab driver I needed to go to my hotel and I had to take yellow cab because of a voucher. The cabbies that were ahead of him in the line weren't happy I jumped in a cab not at the front of the line (nothing I could do, was instructed I had to take a specific cab company) and he proceeds to yell at me once we're underway because I don't have the voucher in my possession yet. I explained (as he was yelling at me) that I just landed and the hotel told me they had the voucher and he just ranted about how I should have had the voucher and I lied to him. Not a great way to win back customers cab company....Uber rider for life.

I'm giving it 3 stars because I wasn't put in the system despite calling in advance at a slow time, but I was picked up very quickly afterwards and the drivers were nice.

I called at 7 AM and scheduled a ride for 8:30 AM and I sat outside in the rain from 8:30-9:10 waiting for my cab until I called the company again and they said that I was never put in the system, so I was waiting for a cab that wasn't even coming. They sent me a "new" cab and they came in like 5 minutes. I got another cab later that day and they also came very quickly.
