had over $250 pending from my card during the rental of the car even though it was rented out by the insurance provider of the guy who totaled my car. They failed to tell me you get a $30 fine if you go through a toll. On top of everything the service was slow and awkward. Save yourself a whole of time and headache and rent from someone else.
They've always found a reason not to rent me a car when my car was being serviced.
