Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was great, clean, and comfortable. Hot breakfast was great. Only draw back was people talking loud out in the parking lot. They may have been from the hotel next door, but was a little annoying. Other than that, it was a great stay!
Clean enviroment. Clean towels. Hot showers. Nice breakfast. Need more friendly desk receptionists. Never greeted me when leaving/entering.
Clean facility; helpful staff at registration desk; very good breakfast - fresh cooked eggs with fajita vegetables. But the bathroom in my room was poorly designed with very little countertop space and no extra towel rods. And the maid does not know how to properly make a bed.
Rooms were clean, bathroom could be bigger. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. Outside smoking patio was very nice and relaxing with a fire pit. Would definitely come again.
Despite the odd location on a one way frontage road, this hotel was perfect for my stay in Austin for the F1 USGP. From the delicious continental breakfast to the complimentary happy hour beers, my stay was perfectly comfortable. I thoroughly appreciated the extra towels every evening and the friendliness of the employees whenever a request was made. Overall, a great value for the experience!
