Staff very friendly. Property is clean and well maintained. Restaurant was a huge disappointment. Food was mediocre at best and service was very, very bad. Kitchen staff arguing with wait staff loud enough for all to hear. Very slow.
The location is at the airport in Austin which is convenient for those coming to Austin by plane. The customer service was decent no complaints about the front desk employees. However their food wasn't what I expected from such a large Hilton. I give their food 2 stars. But overall it was an okay hotel liked how spacious the guest one bedroom rooms were.
I recently attended an event at his location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. While I did not stay overnight, I would not have minded paying the price for the room given the exception service provided even though we were not going to be overnight guests.
Larger than normal room, but tv was way too small.
What the hotel doesn't show is their pool. If you have someone in a wheel chair you can roll them into the pool or walking then into the water to help them enjoy the water. So much easier nice and not as embarrassing as those machines that lower someone who is handicapped into the water. I have a sister who broke her leg and couldn't walk. I wish I knew what other Hilton hotels offered the same type of pool.
Got in after a long day of travel. Hotel staff was pleasant and room was clean. Great first impression. Had dinner and drinks in the cafe and food and wait staff was great
