This is a modern looking Hampton Inn located minutes away from UT. It is walking distance from several restaurants as well. The room itself is nice and modern. There was a walk in shower that was spacious. Bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was set comfortably low. I would definitely recommend coming back to this hotel especially if you need to be by UT.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Parking garage underneath hotel was very convenient. Breakfast was good. We'd be happy to stay here again!
Huge rooms! Great for a family so your kids can hang out and play when y'all need to take a break. It was super clean and beds were super comfortable. Food was good. Only thing I wasn't happy about was the shower .. the water wasn't very hot. But that is really no big deal
Room was very nice, but well overpriced for a single King bed - it was a game weekend, so as a business practice I can see why the rates would go up so much, but they were hardly competitive. Bathroom fan didn't work so it could be... smelly. The elevators would skip floors completely for 10-15 minutes at a time - I got stuck downstairs twice this way. Guest services at night told me that since my friend wasn't on the reservation they wouldn't be able to even let him into the building if he lost his card, (his phone died and I didn't know where he was) so how he was supposed to get to bed in that situation was beyond me. I told them that I had a police officer coming by to speak with me and asked them to call my room when he arrived, and was interrogated by the front desk as to why the police were coming by, as if that were any of their business. Their breakfast was a bit better than the standard 'free breakfast' and the custodial staff was efficient and friendly, but It's unlikely that I will stay here again or recommend this hotel to a friend. Try going a mile or two away from campus/capitol to find comparable arrangements for a much more reasonable fare.
