Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Large selection to choose from for breakfast; food was hot and very good. Only downfall was the elevator was very small and my sister was in a wheelchair.
I originally booked this hotel because the reviews were so good. I will never stay here again. Check in is at 3, and my fiancé and I arrived around 4:10 or so. It took them about thirty minutes to get us checked in. We were tired and just wanted to rest in the room for a bit, but apparently it wasn’t even cleaned yet. House keeping wouldn’t call them back to confirm if the room was ready or not. They finally decided to put us in a handicap room after telling them we will not downsize to a smaller bed because they had queens readily available (I made this reservation a month in advance). Even though the hotel was clean, the ac kept freezing up so it was turned off when we got back to the room. And when it did work, it made this horrible whistling noise that you just cannot ignore. There was this dripping sound the entire night as well. I didn’t get a bit of sleep. This place is definitely not worth the 140 for a king bed/room. Extremely dissatisfied. We will definitely not be back.

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had a nice variety of items from burritos, cold cereal, pankcakes and eggs/bacon. We will definitely stay here again!

The Best Western Austin City is an amazing place to stay. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The room was very clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The restaurant had a nice selection and the waitstaff was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this location when you are in the Austin area. I felt very safe during my stay at this location!!
