They offer a lot of things for the price! The room was very nice and spacious , the Hotel has a very nice Lobby and Restaurant/ Bar area to hang out, they offer free drinks & snacks every day from 5-7 (unlimited). There is a pool, gym and it's very close to the River and Congress street (Restaurants, live music, bars etc.). Excellent location, the only thing that was a little basic was the breakfast. Would've expected a little higher quality products and selection. Otherwise great Hotel! Would definitely stay there again.
Great hotel. Friendly staff. Parking kinda sucks. I refused to pay $30/day to self park in their garage. Had to keep paying for street parking. But besides that, had one maintenance issue that was immediately remedied. I would stay again since it's so close to downtown and right next to South Congress.
The room was clean and up to date. The wifi works well. The breakfast is upscale and delicious. The pool was a huge hit with my 2 year old. The manager's reception from 5-7 offered free drinks. Overall it was a good experience.
Walking in, you'd think the hotel is the nicest around. But parking is an extra 30 bucks per night on top of the already pricey rooms, and the rooms themselves are just alright. Nothing I can really complain about, but definitely not something I come out of thinking it was worth the price I paid.
Location was fantastic. Right beside the largest urban bat colony in the world and across the street from the Yeti flagship store, this is an excellent spot. Parking is a pain, with an elevated garage and inconvenient hike to the hotel unless you choose the valet option. Staff was awesome, great flexibility and communication. Room has glorious view and was okay by Embassy Suite standards. Minor issues were addressed by staff immediately.
