Evacuated from Hurricane Harvey. The Customer Service was Excellent! Was treated as though we were Family. Front desk, Katie, showed Exemplary Customer Service. Made our stay very nice. I would recommend this Holiday Inn to Everyone!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The hotel facility was very clean and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I must compliment the housekeeping staff as well...my room was always clean. I highly recommend staying at this place.
This hotel was extremely nice and convenient! The room was spacious and comfortable. If you book here, don't confuse it with the Holiday Inn Express just down the road. However, if you do go to the wrong one, they will shuttle you to the right one for free.
This Holiday Inn is new and super nice! I didn't stay here, but was there for a training spanning 3 days. It was very clean and staff were super friendly and helpful. Those in the training with me enjoyed the food very much and staff let me heat up my personal food and use the lounge even though I didn't have a room. Very accommodating!
