I absolutely loved staying here. I was in town for a convention at the Palmer Event Center, and my mother and I stayed at this hotel for the duration.
Very nice hotel. Only complaints was the after hour room service food was not great and to get the shower going you had to get blasted with cold water. Loved the bathroom mirror with the back lighting. Loved the inside glass elevators. Beautiful property that is located in a great area.
Lets get to the food in the hotel! The restaurant (both of them) were so delicious. If you stay here, I would recommend going to breakfast in the morning and getting an omelette. The cook is phenomenal!
Good hotel. Right off lake and running trail. In between Congress bridge (bat location) and first Street bridge. Facing downtown. Awesome view. Close to Zilker.
My wife and I booked a room here with a river view for our 16th Anniversary trip to Austin. The check-in was fast and easy with helpful valet and bell staff. Our room was very spacious with an amazing view of the Colorado River and downtown Austin. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.
The accommodations were very nice, and the room was made up every day. There is a coffee maker and a fridge in the room, but sadly, no microwave. All in all, not a big deal.
I've stayed at this hotel and found it worthy of 5 stars. The staff is on point virtually nonstop. They were able to take care of my every need. Great views and a wonderful bar, what's not to like?
I would highly recommend anyone stay here, and I will be back next year!
