I found this store on Google. I appreciated that it was not a high pressure sales environment. The showroom is nothing to look at, but keep in mind you are there to shop for furniture. Aaron was very consultative. He showed me a few options that were not on the floor. I saw a sofa on the shelf, brought my rug in to color match and we closed the deal. On delivery day, they called when they were on their way. They delivered promptly within the window promised. I would highly recommend Local Furniture Outlet.
I had a wonderful experience here. Buying my table was super easy and the best prices online. When I received the table it had a small blemish that they fixed immediately, and they did such a great job that I couldn't even tell where the blemish was. You guys have earned a customer for life!!
Good communication on order status and shipping. Our mattress order for arrived with damage that not visible until all opaque plastic packing material was removed. Worked with customer service to try to get an exhange or obtain refund. Would have given five stars but process took more than a month to resolve. In the meantime the mattress could not be slept on because it would void the warranty. Dealing with Local Furniture was honest and straightforward. They did the right thing and refunded our purchase completely.
I shopped a few different websites and furniture stores for a specific dresser. This place came in the cheapest. I went to the store to see if they had it in stock, they didn't but it got to the store and then delivered to our house in a very timely manner, about a week and half! Salesman was very helpful and courteous, and our dresser looks awesome!
I ordered a sectional sofa and I specifically said that I needed something durable because I have dogs. The salesman assured me that the one I picked was the best. Less than 2 months later it was peeling and had a hole in it. I made a warranty claim and they came out and recovered it. Then a couple of months later every piece was peeling and so I made another warranty claim and they told me that its not a warranty issue but that I have the protection plan for me to file a claim. Why should I have to file a claim for peeling? It hadn't even been 6 months. Not to mention the manager said that the my sofa is not good to have if I have dogs, but that is not what the salesman said. The prices are reasonable but I will never dc o business with them because they don't honor their warranties or products.
