It's a new facility (as of October 2017), which means just about everything is fresh and new. But whereas many new places would have unseasoned staff, the folks here really knew what they were doing. They were efficient and just nice. The rooms are well appointed and and spacious, and everything you'd expect was there. The only reason I'm not going 5 stars is the pricing was higher than I would have like. However, you really get what you pay for here.

This seems to be recently com0lete facility. Everything has that brand new look and feel. Excellent stay at a very reasonable price. Only two issues. One there is no clear sign visible from the street to show entrance to the facility which is set back, may be due to its new completion. There is very little around the establishment for a good dinner, late arrivals - eat something before checking in otherwise you will have to drive a few miles to get something good to eat.
I was moved to this hotel due to a problem at a different Residence Inn I had booked for 4 days, but it was definitely an upgrade! The room was new with a bright kitchen and the bathroom was huge!! Omar at the front desk was the best! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Austin.
Very enjoyable place to stay. The rooms are appointed extremely nicely and are roomy and comfortable. The staff is outstanding. They go the extra mile—like bringing us chips and salsa while we watched the Astros beat the hated Yankees in the lobby one evening. Last time we were there, they even brought us beverages, even though the evening happy hour was long since finished. I highly recommend!
