As I understand a room deposit is required for destruction of property they kept my $150 deposit because of trash left on a table and an ashtray in the bed - by the way the duvet that was on the bed was riddled with cigarette burns - I want my deposit back or I'm going to contact an attorney. I sent an email to your company on Tuesday and I have not received a reply - I don't think I am ever going to use your company again and my girlfriend is followed on google for her reviews of companies she is going to (if she hasn't already) inform people of what they did to us basically robbed me!!! Isn't it the maids job to clean the room? They took $150 because of maybe 10 trash items and an ashtray left on the bed - My girl has stayed at the best of the best of hotels (i.e. - The Wyndham Aruba) and has been beyond messier left a bigger mess behind and has never had any monies taken from her nor had a deposit withheld this is ludicrous!!! Roaches were unwelcome to our room as well!!!
my boyfriend and i have stayed here twice now. it is not a high class hotel OBVIOUSLY but we were looking for a decent room for an equally good price. the location is excellent with a corner store within walking distance and fast food restaurants all around. both times the staff has been exceptional and the rooms have been comfortable. i have stayed everywhere from the beverly hills hotel to a motel 6 and this has been the friendliest staff i have come across. i commend the front desk associates for their friendly service and quick accommodations. thank you for making our stay in austin that much better!
Never judge a book by its cover. This hotel has the friendliest and most inviting staff I've met during my summer travels this year. The room was very clean. The bed felt like a cloud! Yes, the outside doesn't look all posh and sleek. However, on the inside, it is comparable to any 5 star hotel. There was a nice breakfast for free! Nice bonus. This is a bargain price for a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this stay and I will be back!
Nasty old, dirty old crack/whore house. Great people working there though. Polite & sincere & doing a good job. Once you get into the room you feel like you're in a decent place. Just don't go outside after 8pm.
Nice value! No pool or pets allowed. Good for families. Helpful and friendly staff! Clean rooms. Quiet and also beautifully redone from the Howard Johnson that was here, to Rodeway Inn.
