Update: on the second night, the management changed the sheets entirely and apologized for the inconveniences. I slept much better and overall the stay was decent. For the cost, you can't beat the location or the cost.
The check in lady was super nice. All other staff was rude. The manager was the worst, he gave so much attitude, and dirty looks. Claimed we were being loud since check in, despite only being there about 1 hour and then gone till midnight.
Overall, a solid experience. Was in an interior, to the parking courtyard, room and didn't hear the road at all. Room was warm on arrival but the AC got to work pretty quick to cool it down. Clean. Nothing noticeably dirty or stained which I think is rare in hotels. Haha. Location isn't far from UT or even downtown if you like to stroll. Staff were friendly enough.
Room had item left from previous customers under the bed sheets. Restrooms are gross.
Checkout was fine, same lady from check in. She was nice.
One of the first nights we made a huge mess of the room by eating peanuts from the shell and not discarding the shells effectively. They cleaned it up and didn't get upset with us. We also drank more alcohol in 5 nights there than we have had in the past few months and were loud, sloppy, and having a damn good time. But we were not considerate of people around us. We never got a complaint and even got our deposit back. 5 stars.

It's a place to sleep. I think my car seats might have been softer. These sheets feel like sandpaper. I'm glad I brought my own blanket. Door doesn't look secure. Air conditioner does not seem to be working.
When I got there at midnight the night employee comes put of nowhere with no name tag and says i need to give her 20 dollars for parking. We were confused and ask who she was. And she give attitude answering.
