My significant other bought this bed. I thought my lower back was hurting due to an injury. We went on vacation and my back pain went away. As soon I came home and started sleeping in our sleep number bed my back started hurting again. I went to the store. They were pretty useless. Checked my sleep number was all. Called support and they wanted to charge $100 to come look at the bed. To me the bed looks like it has a problem, but I am not going to pay anymore for something that does not work. The pattern of back pain coming and going repeats itself when I am out of town. I just want a decent bed to sleep in. This one was so expensive, but does not live up to the claims. Help!
