The only positive things I can say are that they fixed the key issue in reasonable time and when the laundry soap machine ate my money, they got me soap (but didn't mark the machine as out of order).

*Renter Beware* First off let me start by saying I should have done more reading of the reviews because most of them had the same experience. For me the stay was unpleasant, I actually ended up leaving before my check out date I had originally planned. There was communication errors on if they had available rooms or not so we had to wait on a room until 7, but it states check in STARTS at 3, next my wife discovers a dead bed bug which does not surprise me because honestly hotels are their domain. So when she took it to the front desk all they had available was a single bed (Two adults One child, do the math) which was $10 cheaper but we had to ask for the difference they didn't offer it. Finally we were not happy with the GM being abrasive about being inconvenienced. I know the job and you can't seem like a push over but we pretty much had to ask for everything to be righted. She didn't even offer a free night or any money to be refunded. Overall that was our first and last time staying there and would not recommend this place even to our enemies.

They attempted to raise the price two hundred over our original Expedia booking until we proved our discount. The next day they were advertising a week for $120 less than we were charged on their sign. We got stuck with a smoking room despite requesting non smoking. The whole floor reeked on and off of tobacco and pot.

Rates are low and rooms are clean in a no frills motel. No lobby, pool or breakfast but fairly secure with no room outside access. Weekly and monthly rates bring construction workers and some more permanent residents. Dogs allowed with pet deposit.

They charge extra for toilet paper, pots and pans, flatware, and so on. Their laundry is half coin operated but they don't have a coin machine. You need to go to the front desk. They shut our keys off halfway through our stay. We found a roach and a bedbug. We caught our bags tampered with multiple times but probably nothing was taken as we didn't leave anything of value in the room. There is a chance one item we goings missing was removed from the room, but a chance it fell out of her purse on the airplane.

I have had to stay in several North Austin extended stay hotels and this has been the friendliest at home expierence. The people here are true gems.

My wife checked out and I think we should have demanded a third of our money back for their issues. She didn't want to try however as reviews she read suggest they won't follow through on such requests and complaints about insects.

I would never go there again. I recommend avoiding them, period.

If you want zero help when your hot water goes out, or to pay $5 per toilet paper roll, or pay $29 for a pan to cook or to pay for dishes then stay here. Otherwise the staff seem cracked out, unwilling to help, not wanting to help ( she heard us in the lobby and we could hear her in the back room clicking away on her computer for 7-10 minutes). Also they only clean once every TWO weeks. Imagine what you're sleeping on. And if you want them to clean it, bring your wallet. Worst hotel experience EVER. I've never heard of paying for TOILET PAPER!!!! And I'd gladly give them zero stars if it was on here but you can't. I'll never be back. Oh and just so you know my friend was almost raped here last night. We called the police and they were very helpful and nice. But FAITH comes up here this morning and bitches my friend out for not calling her. This happened at 3 a.m.ish. She had already told us not to call the desk past 9:30p.m. but she was angry we never contacted her. Now she wants a police report WE haven't gotten yet. I want to tell her when we get it then we will hand it over for $29 just like you're doing to all of us making us pay for "amenities". I'm needing the bosses number asap and FAITH, which is ironic for a supposed crackhead, allegedly, should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY for the way I heard her speak to my friend this morning. It was unacceptable, atrocious and plain out rude. There was ZERO sympathy and of course we are switching hotels. We are 2 people who live in a $2,000 a month apartment and you should see the amount in our bank accounts. I'm not bragging. I'm stating that our apartment put us up here and now we are just paying out of pocket to NOT stay here. The cops said that they called the desk FIVE times to no avail. Then my friend gets bitched at for "NOT" getting the calls when the cops said they are here all the time. WE had to let the police in!!!!
